FEZA ENGINEERING can convert Buna rubber into gaskets and gaskets in commercial, premium, military and FDA qualities using die cutting or digital cutting.
- It has good physical properties and is resistant to water and many chemicals.
- Seals made of Buna or NBR are also a great choice for use with oils, silicone greases, hydraulic fluids, oils and petroleum-based fluids
It has a very common use. It is a general purpose material resistant to oil and grease.
Mineral oils, lubricating oils, Group H, HL, HLP type oils and greases, HFA, HFB and HFC, vegetable and animal grease, light heating and diesel fuel show very good resistance properties. Nitric Rubber is typically used at temperatures between -40 ° C and 105 ° C, it is resistant up to 120 ° C in intermittent operations. It is preferred in many sectors as it is practical, fast and financially economical. It is not used in these areas as it is not resistant to ep additives and glycol based oils.
USAGE AREAS
It is frequently used as sealing, gasket, insulation material in sectors such as aviation, automotive, white goods, nuclear industry, construction, health, etc. NBR products are used in many parts of both interior and exterior materials of helicopters, rockets and aircraft.
